How to install Sony PlayStation App on Uncertified Android Rooted Devices

Sony computer entertainment recently launched its PlayStation Android app. Right now this release is only for some certified devices. But what if you have uncertified device? You don’t need to worry about this because we have solution to your problem. All you need a rooted android device. If you don’t have rooted device, head over to this post, to root your android device here.

How to Install PlayStation Android App?

Before moving forward, I would like to tell you it is a sensitive process. Topbestfreeapps is not responsible for any harm to your device, so proceed at your own risk.

Follow the bellow steps carefully.

Step 1:

First of all you need to download and install the latest PlayStation apk file from the below mirror files:

Mirror 1, Mirror 2, Mirror 3.

If you are trying to run PlayStation app right now, you will likely get this error on your screen.

Step 2:

Download the flashable zip from the below mirror files.

Step 3:

Now flash the zip from custom recovery, ClockworkMod or TWRP. This relies on having busybox, which if you are rooted, you likely already do.

If you don’t want to flash from recovery, you can manually boot into Android.


 Step 4:

Once you completed “Step 3”, PlayStation should work fine and you should no longer see any error that is shown in “Step 1”.
